"Grants are not to be signed until approved by the Knox County Schools Grant Manager.  Please send all paperwork regarding grants by email (regardless of the entity) to Carole Wilson, Grant Manager, carole.wilson@knoxschools.org.

Also any letters of support, MOA's and MOU's must have prior approval before any signatures are applied at the school level.  (Continued...)

21st Century Grant Awarded

Knox County Schools has received the Tennessee Department of Education's 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant for afterschool and summer programs in the amount of $400,000 annually for three to five years. 

Grant funds are to provide both academic and enrichment activities for students of the following schools: East Knox, Carter, West Hills, and West Haven (Continued...)
